Know the Cleaning Price Before Work Starts
The confirmation message states the agreed price and the services included. If a further task becomes necessary, the team explains it and asks for your approval before doing that work. An additional charge is not created merely because a team member notices another task at the property.
Check that the property, requested tasks and any optional items are accurately listed. If you change the scope before the visit, ask the coordinator to update the quoted items and price so both sides work from the same agreement.
Protect Your Payment Information
Do not send a verification code, a photograph of your bank card or bank login details to anyone. Use only the payment method confirmed by the official Home Clean coordinator. If a message about payment is unclear, verify it through the contact channel you used to arrange the service before paying.
